Website Improvements

We haven’t just made the site “prettier” although we hope you find the new look attractive. We’ve moved to a much more robust ecommerce solution that enables us to serve you much better. The functional improvements to AllStringsNylon.com include:

  • Quick Product Finder — Get to the products you need much more easily and quickly.
  • Product Comparison — Not sure what exactly you need? Compare the specifications of several products side by side and choose easily!
  • More Shipping Options — Choose among several U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping options, both for domestic (U.S.) and international orders.
  • Fast Checkout — If you have a PayPal account, you can bypass the standard checkout altogether with PayPal Express Checkout. But even if you don’t have a PayPal account and prefer to pay with a credit card, you’ll find our new One Page Checkout a lot easier and faster to use. Whichever payment method you choose, you can rest assured that it’s secure.
  • eGift Cards — Want to give your favorite musician friend a gift but aren’t sure what exactly they want? Give them an ASN eGift Card in any amount you choose!
  • New Rewards Program — You’re now earning super-easy-to-redeem A$N Buck$ for your purchases and other activities; be sure to read the rewards program description and get the details! If you had any unused Gift Voucher balance at the time of the re-launch, it has been converted to the new A$N Buck$ for you at the rate of 100 AB per dollar.*

You can also expect lots of new products. You’ve already been enjoying our Cordoba guitars, ukuleles and guileles, Rubner tuning machines, and a number of brands of nylon strings and accessories. The new website adds amplification products from Fishman and L.R. Baggs at launch. New string brands, humidification products, and additional accessories are in the works. And of course we are always open to your suggestions, so if you’re looking for anything related to nylon string instruments that we don’t carry yet, let us know and we’ll do our best to accomodate your musical needs.

Your Account Information

We have made every effort to carry over our existing Customers’ account information to the new website. You should be able to log into your account with your old user ID (your email address on file) and password. If you placed any orders before the re-launch, your order history should be saved and available to you. If you had any unspent Gift Voucher balance at the time of the switch, it was converted to A$N Buck$.

If for any reason the new website does not accept your login, simply click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to reset your password. In the rare event you continue having trouble logging in or discover any discrepancy in your order history or rewards points, or if you have any questions at all about this website or anything else related to All Strings Nylon, call or email us and we’ll help you out.

Broken Links and Bugs

“Technology is wonderful, but…” Keeping this in mind, we’re aware that, despite all the effort that’s gone into testing and re-testing, there may still be some issues remaining. In fact, we will continue to test the website’s functionality and to fix any issues we discover until we’re 100% certain that it’s as perfect as it can possibly be.

We have also tried hard to make the transition as easy as possible for you. The website address remains AllStringsNylon.com, and most catalog links should also remain unchanged. Those links that have changed should redirect automatically to their new locations, and those that no longer exist should be redirected to their closest match.

ASN Bugs jokeIf you run into a broken link or anything else that doesn’t work the way you think it should, please do alert us! We’ll fix the problem for everyone else, and give you a few thank-you A$N Buck$. Or maybe we’ll call them A$N Bug$ on those occasions!
