Cordoba'sLuthier Select Series Friederichmodel gives the serious player the opportunity to own an instrument whose design and construction were endorsed by the world-famous luthier Daniel Friederich. Cordoba worked closely with Maestro Friederich to develop an instrument worthy of his name incorporating many of the design features found on instruments he built in his Paris workshop. Friederich’s hand-crafted guitars are known for their silky, responsive tone with powerful basses that made them sought after by world-class guitarists around the world. Each Luthier Select Friederich is meticulously crafted and constructed of distinctively grained solid rosewood back and sides and a select Canadian cedar top braced with a Friedreich-inspired seven fan bracing pattern. The graceful body shape is tastefully appointed with rosewood bindings, dyed maple purflings, and a stunning all wood rosette.
