The Arena Flame Maple CW Dual Source EQ belongs to a series of handcrafted thinline nylon string guitars that boast features and playability that up until now have been unheard of in a nylon string guitar. These extremely comfortable guitars feature intricate rosettes, custom polished finishes, generous cutaways and an innovative double-function truss rod system not generally found in traditional classical guitars.
All guitars purchased on the All Strings Nylon website undergo a thorough setup performed by a professional luthier, Chuck Marfione, at no extra cost to our customers. The setup includes the following steps:
- Inspect the instrument to ensure its cosmetic and structural integrity
- Level and polish the frets, adjust the nut and saddle and, where present, the truss rod to achieve optimal action and eliminate string buzz
- Adjust intonation if deemed necessary
- Condition the fingerboard to protect it from dirt, perspiration, and drying out
- Inspect the tuning machines to ensure they turn smoothly
- Pre-stretch the strings to minimize string break-in
- Test the electronics if present
