What’s the amount of the bonus I could earn with my purchase?
The bonus amount varies between instrument models, and ranges from 1500 to 2500 A$N Buck$ (equivalent to $15–$25). For specific amounts see individual qualifying uke and guilele pages.

When will the bonus be added to my account?
Your A$N Buck$ — both bonus and regular — will be credited to your account automatically as soon as you complete your qualifying order.

What can I do with the A$N Buck$ I earn?
You can apply your rewards toward one or more future purchases on this website. You can also transfer any portion of your balance (up to 100%) to one or more people as gifts.

How do I add the Deluxe gig bag to my shopping cart?
You will be prompted to do so once you add a uke or guilele to your cart. Or you can add it from a gig bag page under Accessories/Instrument Cases —  just make sure you select the correct size.

What if I accidentally order a wrong size gig bag?
You’ll probably notice that in the shopping cart because there’ll be no mention of bonus A$N Buck$. If, however, you do order your instrument with the wrong size bag…no worries! We’ll ship your instrument in the matching size bag and add your bonus A$N Buck$ manually to your account. It will be so much easier, though, when you order the correct size bag. J

What if I need a non-matching size gig bag for another instrument I already own?
Let us know this in the comment box at checkout and we’ll ship you the bag you ordered. However, there is no bounus for non-matching size gig bags.

What if I decide to return my instrument or gig bag?
Should you return your instrument or bag for a refund, your A$N Buck$ balance will be adjusted accordingly and your bonus will be forfeited. If you already spent or transferred your A$N Buck$, your refund amount will be reduced as necessary.

How long will this offer be in effect?
This offer will expire on March 31, 2015 at 11:59:59 U.S. Eastern Time. But don’t worry… we’re certain we’ll come up with a new one after that! We LOVE giving things away! J
