This distinctive Renato Bellucci (SN 1347)parlor guitar was constructed in Paraguay in April 2104 This guitar has a cedar top and Tasmanian Blackwood back and sides. The shorter 610mm scale along with the slightly radiused fingerboard makes this an exceptionally easy guitar to play. Don’t let the small body fool you. This instrument has a an excellent tonal pallet and sustain. We are aware of the controversy over the maker's reputation for building second rate guitars. However, we took this guitar is on consignment from a private owner who has a number of these guitars and feel this is a nice instrument, and worth offering. All guitars purchased on the All Strings Nylon website undergo a thorough setup performed by a professional luthier, Chuck Marfione, at no extra cost to our customers. The setup includes the following steps:
- Inspect the instrument to ensure its cosmetic and structural integrity
- Level and polish the frets, adjust the nut and saddle and, where present, the truss rod to achieve optimal action and eliminate string buzz
- Adjust intonation if deemed necessary
- Condition the fingerboard to protect it from dirt, perspiration, and drying out
- Inspect the tuning machines to ensure they turn smoothly
- Pre-stretch the strings to minimize string break-in
- Test the electronics if present
