Cordoba Master Series Guitars
We had a phenomenal first quarter for Cordoba Master Series guitars. So good in fact, we sold out our entire stock in March which caught us a bit off guard and finding ourselves with no inventory so to speak in April. However, Chuck visited Cordoba Music Group in early May and placed some orders to replenish our stock. We typically stock between 8 and 10 Master Series guitars and we will shortly be back to that level. The first few of these new guitars have already arrived and are currently on our website. With all the Master Series guitars we have sold to date and what we currently have on order, we are the largest Master Series dealer in the US. If you are interested in one of these instruments, stay in touch as we have many more scheduled to arrive over the course of 2105, including a number of Limited Editions.
Cordoba Master Series guitars are handcrafted in Oxnard, Cal. by a team of luthiers committed to building authentic replicas of iconic guitars originally constructed by Torres, Hauser, Rodriguez, and Reyes. Chuck Marfione, a full-time luthier himself, visited the Oxnard shop and had the opportunity to observe work on a number of Master Series guitars under construction.

Kenny Hill Guitars
We recently started carrying Kenny Hill Signature classical guitars and are days away from adding Kenny Hill Performance series to our line-up, as well. These double top guitars are absolutely amazing, both in terms of sound and playability. Kenny is one of America’s premier luthiers. He is probably best known for his Master Series guitars which he developed and offered for years before moving on to his Signature and Performance series guitars. In addition we’ve also just recently acquired a number of Kenny Hill New World classical guitars which were designed by Kenny and built to his specifications by a team of craftsmen in China. We have eight of these New World guitars in stock and will have them out on the website soon. They are really worth checking out. The workmanship is superb and they sound great. Some of these guitars are built with a 640 mm scale length and they are a dream to play. All eight were personally set up by Kenny prior to shipment to us.
Chuck had the opportunity to visit Kenny Hill’s workshop in early May to learn more about the construction of the Signature and Performance models built in Hill Guitars Ben Lomond, Cal. workshop. The level of workmanship on these lattice braced, double top guitars is superb. Each one promises its new owner an unbelievable playing experience.
